Confirm the product type, quantity, and budget. We will discuss the customisation details with you.

Confirm Quote
We issue an official quotation. Once confirmed, artwork preparation will begin.

Artwork Approval
Provide your logo or design file. We will create a layout and proof for approval.
We prepare the layout from the file you send. Original design work is not included.

Order Deposit
A 50% deposit is required for bulk orders. Production will start once payment is confirmed.

Production
We will keep you updated on the production progress. Samples available upon request.
07
Fulfilment
Goods will be shipped after balance payment is settled.
Quotation includes delivery to one location.

Support
Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any transport or product issues, and we will respond promptly to assist.
