A desk piece that brands itself quietly

East Field Corporation

A desk piece that brands itself quietly

The logo is pressed into the leather rather than printed onto it, so there is no ink sitting on the surface to lift at the edges. It reads as a change in the material instead of a graphic, which is what suits a piece that stays on a desk every day.

Full colour on clear PVC

MELILEA

Full colour on clear PVC

Clear PVC leaves the artwork with nothing behind it, so the colours had to hold on their own. Printing straight onto the panel keeps the crest and the wordmark sharp whatever is sitting inside the bag.

One white mark, canopy and sleeve

Motorola

One white mark, canopy and sleeve

A single flat colour on a dark canopy is what screen printing does best. The same mark was repeated on the sleeve so the umbrella still reads as branded while it is closed and put away.

Branding on a piece that travels

Evolution

Branding on a piece that travels

A travel adaptor is handled constantly, so the print sits on the flat front face where it is least likely to rub. White on black keeps the logo legible at a small size, next to the socket markings.

A mark cut into the steel

MiTAC

A mark cut into the steel

Engraving removes a thin layer of the surface instead of adding ink, so there is nothing to wash off. It was run across both finishes from the same file, reading as a soft tonal mark on each.

An engraved emblem on a card holder

Rotary

An engraved emblem on a card holder

The emblem is engraved into the PU surface, so it stays clean in a pocket or a bag where a printed mark would scuff. Supplied in its own box, which makes it straightforward to hand over one at a time.

Two colours on a grey laptop sleeve

Meta

Two colours on a grey laptop sleeve

The mark sits low on the front panel, clear of the zip and the seams, so it is not broken up when the sleeve is packed. Two flat colours print cleanly on the woven fabric and hold their edge against the texture.

Full colour covers, front to back

ADPlus

Full colour covers, front to back

The artwork runs across the whole cover rather than sitting as a small logo in a corner, so the books read as a set from a distance. Two colourways were produced from the same layout.

Hyperion

One pen body, three colourways

The same white logo was printed onto three barrel colours, so the set works as a range without new artwork for each one. The rose gold trim stays consistent across all three.

A mark you only catch at an angle

Lasertec

A mark you only catch at an angle

The wordmark is pressed into the leather cover with no ink at all, so it carries the same blue as the case around it and shows only where the light catches the edge of the impression. It suits a small piece that lives in a drawer or the bottom of a bag.
