It depends on the product, the quantity and how quickly the artwork is approved. Some stock items move faster than others. We confirm a delivery date with your quotation, before you commit.

Send us the product you are interested in, roughly how many you need and your budget. We will confirm the branding details with you and come back with an official quotation.

Usually yes. The site shows a selection rather than everything we can supply, so tell us what you have in mind and we will look for it.

Screen printing, digital UV printing, UV transfer, laser engraving, deboss and emboss, heat transfer and foil stamping. We will recommend the one that suits the material and your artwork. There is a full breakdown of each method on our branding methods page.

The position depends on the material, the size and the shape of the piece. Send us your logo and we will lay it out and come back with a mock-up showing exactly where it sits, how large it is and how it will look.

A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF gives the cleanest result. Keep lines above 0.3 mm and text above 5 pt. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it over and we will tell you whether it will hold up at size.

Yes. Once the order is confirmed we lay out your artwork and send a digital proof of every branding position for your approval. Nothing goes into production until you sign it off.

Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample, and for some products we can lend you a plain one to handle. The method and any sample cost are agreed with your account manager before the quotation is signed off.

We prepare the layout from the logo or design file you send, and we will tell you if something will not reproduce well. Creating original artwork from scratch is not part of what we do.

Quotations include delivery to one location. If you need multiple drop-off points, or delivery outside Australia, tell us when you enquire and we will price it in.
